[MBL Discuss] editing patron records

Hi all,
I had trouble editing a patron's record today. It was time to update  
the account, but once I did I could not save it. It kept coming up with
"Invalid form," but nothing showed in red and all the boxes were  
filled correctly. At least that I could see.

Has anyone else had trouble updating a patron's record?
Could it just be this records is having issues?
