[MBL Discuss] Evergreen upgrade

It's been over a year since we did our last upgrade to 2.3.    Evergreen is
now at 2.5 (just out), which means that, technically, 2.3 is no longer
officially supported.

We'd like to do an upgrade to 2.5 (or 2.4 if 2.5 is still unstable) the
week of Dec 22/29 (Christmas week).
